Antyterminacja

Antitrust - block the transcription termination signal, allowing some phages to transition from one DNA region expression to the next DNA region. Mechanism used to regulate phage gene transcription in a host cell: host RNA polymerases first transcribe early genes, and only one of the proteins in this development stage allows transcription of the next phage gene assembly. This protein attaches to the anti-teratogenic complex, which includes, in addition to RNA polymerase, many phage and bacterial proteins, which allows the terminators between the early and late phage genes to be circumvented. This complex is not compatible with Rho protein. Antitrust is also a component of transcriptional regulation of fragments of the Escherichia coli bacterium responsible for the synthesis of ribosomal RNA. Bibliography wiki
