"New Dynasy" - a closed concrete track with a length of 333,33 m at ul. Podskarbińska 11 in Warsaw.
HistoryTor designed by Janusz Kalbarczyk. Put into use 6 May 1972. One of the initiators of its construction was the trackman PZKol Janusz Strzałkowski. In addition to the track there was a hotel with catering facilities, two sports halls, a sauna, a gym, a health club and an ambulatory.
On the occasion of the opening of the Warsaw OZ Kol track, the host of the RKS Eagle organized an international competition. They competed in the top Polish cyclists, former world runner and Olympic medalist from Mexico Janusz Kierzkowski and riders from the club Kovo Praha (CSRS).

Currently the track is not running. As a result of the negligence and lack of funds, the property was ruined and unusable.
In 2014, a group of activists from the "Two Eight" club club, "Koło" Theater Studio, Motion Movement and Robot Studios launched a public discussion on the revitalization of the track and the resurgence of its former glory. Through the portal Polakpotrafi.pl began to collect funds for the construction of a mini track called "Small Dynasami". The aim of the whole project called the New Dynasy is to restore the memory of the track and create a new sports facility in Warsaw.
Between 1972-1973, 1977-1978, 1985 the Polish Championship was held on the track in Warsaw. Bibliography
