Nikolay Golin
March 20, 1910 in Griszyn, Donetsk Guberniya (now Krasnoarmijk), died in Moscow in 2001) - Soviet politician, Minister of Construction of Heavy Industries of the USSR (1967-1986), Hero of the Socialist Work (1980).
Russian, since 1924 a locksmith and locksmith trainer, later a helper of a steam locomotive, since 1929 at the labor faculty of the Donetsk Mining Institute. From 1929 in the WKP (b), 1931-1937 he studied at the Kharkov Institute of Electrical Engineering, since 1937 engineer and head of the regional assembly office, since 1938 head of the special design office "Elektromontaż" in Kharkov, since 1939 deputy head of the department of the People's Commissariat of the USSR. 1941 trustee of the "Centroelektromontaż" People's Commissariat of Construction of the USSR, since 1946 the head of the "Glazierromotion" of the Ministry of Construction of Heavy Industry Enterprises of the USSR, since 1950 deputy, and since 1951 I deputy minister of construction of heavy industry enterprises USSR. Since March 1953 deputy minister of construction of the USSR, since April 1954 deputy minister of construction of the steel and chemical industry of the USSR, since May 1957 deputy chairman of the Kemerovsk Economic Administrative Region, since 1958 the chief engineer of the construction of a metallurgical plant in India. Since 1961 deputy minister of construction of the Russian FSRR, since 1962 I deputy chairman of the Russian Sownarchozr FSRR, later advisor to the USSR Embassy in Cuba. From October 1967 deputy minister of construction and special construction works of the USSR, from February 1967 to January 1986 Minister of construction of heavy industry enterprises USSR, then retired. 1971-1986 Member of the Central Committee of the CPSU, deputy to the USSR Verkhovna Rada from the 7th to 11th tenure.
