Zelená dolina (Great Fatra)

Zelená dolina - valley in the Great Fatra in Slovakia. It is the left branch of the Rewuck Valley (Revúcka dolina). It has an outlet at an altitude of about 740 m in the upper part of Liptovské Revúce. The mountain approaches the main ridge of the Great Fatra on the section from Ostredok (1592 m) to Sedlo Ploskej (1390 m).

The bottom of the valley flows Zeleny Brook, on some of the maps described as Lopušná. The valley is mostly overgrown with forest, but its highest parts (on the ridge of the Great Fatra) are covered by large stretches of halls. There are also clearings at the bottom of the valley.

Along the channel of the stream from the town of Liptovské Revúce leads the tourist trail, on the Chyžky pass joining with the red trail running along the main ridge of the Great Fatra. Hiking trail Liptovské Revúce (Vyŝna Revúcá) - Chyžky (intersection with the red trail)
