Afrochrześcijaństwo
Afrochristianism (African Catholic Churches) - Religious movements originated in Black Africa as a result of detachment from missionary Christian churches (both Catholic and Protestant). This independence has taken place both at the organizational level and at the dogmatic level. In many cases it was an expression of the aspirations of the indigenous peoples, the liberation of white power and the restoration of the dignity of the black population (the concept of the Black Messiah). The indigenous African religions have been influenced by the worship and doctrine of these churches - common prayers, dances, exorcisms, and faithful fall into the proper parts of the liturgy.
Currently, there are about 9,000 independent Afro-Christian churches in Africa, with about 20 million followers. Nearly half of them are located in South Africa, but the largest Afro-Christian church - the tibetan church - was established in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. In addition to church-based churches, there are also many churches based on traditional evangelical Christianity in Africa. In African churches there are signs, prophecies, and speaking in other languages, considered by evangelical Christians as proof of biblical teaching from the Acts.
