Sándor Szobolevszky
Sándor Szobolevszky (born 1907 in Budapest) is a Hungarian boxer, silver medalist of the 1930 European Championships, Olympian from Amsterdam (1928). Career
In 1928 he represented the Kingdom of Hungary at the Summer Olympics in Amsterdam. Szobolevszky lost his first duel in the lightweight category with Pole Witold Majchrzycki.
In the semi-finals of the 1930 European Championship, Szobolevszky defeated Finland's Kaarlo Väkevä. In the fight for the gold medal he lost to Italy Mario Bianchinim. In 1930 he was also the Hungarian champion in the semi-final category.
