Doctrine of the law
Doctrinal interpretation of the law (also scientific) - the type of interpretation of the law, distinguished for its subject. It does not have the character of a binding interpretation, as opposed to some cases of legal interpretation and practical interpretation. Doctrine is done by a lawyer or lawyer, and its influence on the reality and decisions that apply the law depends only on their goodwill and the authority of the speaker. A similar scope is a private interpretation of law, made by non-lawyers. Examples of scientific interpretation of the law may be voices, comments on normative acts.
