Paweł Kowanow
Pawel Wasiljewicz Kowanov (Russian: Павел Васильевич Кованов, born November 8, 1907 in St. Petersburg, October 12, 1986 in Moscow) is a Soviet party activist. Curriculum vitae 1924-1930 teacher and head of the elementary school in the Nizhny Novgorod gubernatorial district, head of the school in the Moscow governorate, 1930-1932 chairman of the kolkhoz in the Moscow region, 1932-1937 director of the Central Experimental Pedagogical Laboratory of the People's Commissariat of Education, RFSRR. 1937-1938 Director of the Institute of Primary Schools of the Institute of Education RFSRR, 1938-1941 Deputy Director of the State Research Institute for Scientific Research, 1940 extensively completed the Moscow State Pedagogical Institute, from 1940 in the WKP (b), 1941-1942 Head of the School Board Primary and Secondary People's Commissar of Education RFSRR, 1942-1944 war correspondent on the Kaliningian Front, North-Caucasian and 2 Ukrainian. 1945 instructor of the Faculty of the Faculty of the Faculty of the KC WKP (b), 1945-1948 deputy head of the Faculty of the KC WKP (b), 1946-1951 head of the department of the Kultura i żyzń newspaper. 1948-1950 Deputy Head of the Department of Propaganda and Aging, KC WKP (b), 1950-1953 Head of the Department of Propaganda and Aging, KC WKP (b) / CPSU, 1953 Head of sub-division 1953-1954 deputy head, 1954-1955 First deputy head, 1955-1956 deputy head of the Propaganda and Aging Division of the Central Committee of the CPSU.
