Kazimierz Lubik
Kazimierz Lubik (born January 17, 1922 in Poznań, died October 1, 2009 in Szczecin) is a Polish footballer, athlete, track and field athlete. Awarded with the Golden Cross of Merit. Curriculum vitae
He was born in Poznań. In the interwar period he played in the colors of the "Legia". During World War II he participated in secret football matches. He arrived in Szczecin on June 18, 1945. He took part in the first match in Szczecin played between the Polish teams: "Odra" Szczecin and Szczecin Sport Club, played on August 20, 1954. He scored two goals in this match and "Odra" won 4: 1. The ball was combined with athletics. His sports career ended in 1950, devoting himself to activities in Szczecin's clubs: "Kolejarz", "Pogoni", Szczecin Athletic Club and "Budowlanych". He has raised many outstanding athletes. Wieslaw Maniak and Aurelia Trywiańska.
