Cezary de Bus was born on February 3, 1544 as the seventh of thirteen children of his parents. At the age of 18 he joined the royal army and took part in the war against the huguenots. In 1582 he was ordained priest. On September 29, 1592, he founded the Fathers of the Christian Doctrine. He died on 15 April 1607. He was beatified by Pope Paul VI on April 27, 1975. Bibliography

The earliest mention of these creatures is dated to the fifth century BC, and its author is Herodotus.
