Bronisław Bieńkowski
Bronisław Bieńkowski (born October 21, 1848 in Warsaw, died on August 25, 1903 in Kielce) - Polish classical philologist, pedagogue. Curriculum vitae
He was born in Warsaw in a petty-bourgeois environment. In 1867 he graduated from the 4th gymnasium in Warsaw. He studied classical philology at the Faculty of History and Philology of the Main School (1867-1869) and at the Imperial University of Warsaw (1869-1872). On February 12, 1875, he received a diploma of the candidate of historical and philological sciences based on the dissertation O Promoteje. He was a teacher of Greek and Latin in gymnasiums: from 1873 in Piotrków, from 1880 in 11th gymnasium in Warsaw, from 1890 to death in Kielce. He published in "Home Guardian", "Tygodnik Piotrkowskim". He was a collaborator of the Lviv Museum. Selected publications Bibliography
