Vincent of Gabryjelski
Wincenty Gabryjelski (born April 5, 1895 in Kowal, May 31, 1960 in Włocławek) - Communist and trade activist, city councilor and chairman of the Municipal Council in Wloclawek (since 1949).
After completing 4 classes of primary school in Włocławek, he terminated his job as a shoemaker and later worked as a shoemaker. December 1914. Incorporated into the Russian army in 1918. After returning to Włocławek in 1919, he joined the trade union and became secretary of the trade union of the Leather Industry Workers in Włocławek, later he was a treasurer and chairman of the Board. 1920-1921 served in the WP, in May 1924 joined the CPSP. He was involved in communist literature, and in his house there was a gathering of members of a KPP cell working among shoemakers and unionists. He also worked for MOPR and collected contributions to prisoners-Communists. In the spring of 1939 Wloclawek was elected councilor of the trade union and PPS. During the occupation he was a worker in a German shoemaker workshop, in 1945 he joined the PPR, then the PZPR. The chairman of the Municipal Party Control Commission in Włocławek, in 1949, worked for the Municipal Council of Poland (MRN) and became its chairman. Later he resigned from his position due to ill health and became the administrative manager of the Szewska Co-operative. Naphthalene Botwina.
