James Lamy
James Ernest "Jim" Lamy (born 30 May 1928 in Saranac Lake, May 30, 1992 in Corning) is an American bobsleigher, bronze medalist for the Olympic Games. Career
James Lamy's biggest success came in 1956, when he teamed up with Arthur Tyler, Charles Butler and William Dodge to take third place in the four at the Olympic Games in Cortina d'Ampezzo. It was his only medal won internationally. He also played eight games in Innsbruck, where he was fifth in doubles, and his team did not finish in four. He also won three North American Championships in the rivalry of the four, between 1957, 1959 and 1962.
