Serhiy Kostiuchenko
Serhiy Pyrypovich Kostiuchenko (born in 1905 in Kiev, died 1984) is a Soviet and Ukrainian politician, First Secretary of the Regional Committee of KP (b) U Zytomierz (1949-1951). From 1929 in the WKP (b), in 1937-1938 I Secretary of the Regional Committee KP (b) U, in 1938-1949 chairman of the Executive Committee of the Regional Council in Chernihiv. From January 28, 1949 to September 23, 1952, a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (B) U, for two years (1941-1943), a representative of the Military Council, in the years 1949-1951 First Secretary of the Regional Committee KP (b) U in Zhytomyr. In 1951-1952, a lecturer at KC WKP (1952-1953), a supervisor of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (KPC), from 1953-1955 the head of the organization of recruitment of workers at the Council of Ministers of the SRR, 1955-1967 and deputy head of this board. In the years 1967-1971 deputy chairman of the State Committee of the Council of Ministers of Ukraine SRR on the use of workers' reserves, then retired. February 7, 1939, awarded the Order of Lenin.
