She graduated from high school in St. Petersburg. In the years 1916-1918 she studied at the two-year Higher Courses of the Polish Society of History and Literature Passionists in Petrograd. In the years 1918-1922 she worked there in the office, between 1921-1922. In the years 1921-1922 she taught history and Polish language in the former high school. Catherine. In 1922 she married Stanisław Lisowski. After returning to Poland she worked as a teacher at the. Szymon Konarski in Lublin and in the State Archives (1923-1925). From 1925 to 1928 she cooperated with the Polish delegation at the Mixed Recovery and Special Commission in Leningrad (her husband was an expert of this commission). In the years 1927-1945 she stayed in Vilnius. She studied there, in 1933 she was granted discharge. She took part in the initiative of Stanisław Kościałkowski in the Bibliography of Wilno prints 1800-1832 (unpublished). In May 1945 she and her husband arrived in Torun. There in 1946 she obtained a master's degree in history and worked in the period 1946-1947, 1950-1964 the Central Library of the Nicolaus Copernicus University. She participated in the team's work.
