Lloyd started his career in international car racing in 1968 from the start of Division 2 of the European Touring Car Championship, where he did not earn points. In the later years, the British also appeared in the British Saloon Car Championship, British Formula 3 BARC, World Championship for Drivers and Makes, FIA World Endurance Championship, IMSA GTU Championship, IMSA Camel GTO, Le Mans 24 Hours, British Touring Car Championship. and the European Endurance Championship.
