Hushman Mahmud Muhammad Zibari, arab. هوشيار محمود محمد زيباري, kurd. Hişyar Mehmûd Mihemed Zêbarî (born 1953), Iraqi politician, Kurd, Iraq's Foreign Minister from 2003 to 2014. He acted in opposition to the Saddam Hussein regime. He studied in sociology (at the University of Essex), in the 1990s was an emigre spokesman for the Kurdish Democratic Party.
