Sermons for Sundays and holidays of the whole year - a collection of sermons by Piotr Skarga, published in Krakow in 1595.
The sermons mainly explained the pericopes, or fragments of the Bible, here intended for reading on a specific day of the church year. For the next edition from 1597, entitled Sermon on Sundays and holidays all year ... with the use of several Sejm sermons and sermons at the funeral of Queen J.M. the old one was accompanied by Sejm Seyms (first edition), having the character of political journalism.
Copies of the first Kazan edition were taken from Poland in the 17th century by Swedes during military expeditions and are located in Sweden. Bibliography
