Ireneusz Mieczkowski (born 1948) - Polish opposition activist, worked in the State Animal Care in Kolno near Łomża. He was the Vice-President of the Presidium of the Lodz Branch of the NSZZ "Solidarność" of Mazovia Region. Curriculum vitae

On 3 July 1981 he was elected deputy chairman of the Lomza Branch. During the meeting of NSZZ "Solidarność" Solidarity Farmers in Kolno (12 July 1981) he criticized the state authorities. On October 16, 1981, he was questioned about the publication of the so-called "Sens" in the Lomza Solidarity letter. Sending to the 1st National Congress of NSZZ "Solidarność" from the Founding Committee of the Free Trade Unions in the USSR.
