Angela Billingham
Angela Theodora Billingham, Baroness Billingham (born July 31, 1939 in Liverpool) is a British politician, teacher and local government activist, member of the House of Lords. Curriculum vitae
He graduated from the University of London and the Faculty of Education at the University of Oxford. She worked as a teacher. She was involved in political activities within the Labor Party. She was a councilor of Banbury (1970-1974), Cherwell District (1974-1986) and Oxfordshire (1992-1994).
From 1994-1999, she worked in the Europarlam working for the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs and Industrial Policy. In 2000 she was given the title of Lifelong Couple by joining the House of Lords.
