RIMM memory module RIMM memory from Kingston and Samsung

RIMM (Rambus Inline Memory Module) - a type of computer memory modules on which integrated circuits with RDRAM type memories are placed. RIMM modules appeared in 1996 under patent agreements between Rambus and Intel.
