Kasym Tölebekow
Касым Хажибаевич Тюлебеков; born October 31, 1935 in Petropavlovsk, died September 3, 2014 in Almaty) - Soviet and Kazakh politician, Hero of Socialist Work (1981). p>
He graduated from the Zootechnical Institute and Party High School in Almaty, from 1967 to the CPSU, first secretary of the Regional Committee of the CCP in the North Ossetian region, 1985-1987, chairman of the Executive Committee of the District Council in Kustanay. From May 16, 1987 to November 25, 1988 First Secretary of the CPK Regional Committee in Szymken, from November 1988 to September 7, 1991 First secretary of the KPK Regional Committee in Almaty. After the breakup of the USSR, he became the deputy of the Minister of Agrarian Economy of Kazakhstan, after which he retired. 1987-1989 deputy to the Supreme Soviet of the 11th tenure, 1989-1991 deputy of the USSR.
