Florence Sancroft


Florence Adelaide Ives Sancroft (born 30 December 1902 in Hoxton, died January 30, 1978 in Islington) is an English swimmer from the first half of the twentieth century representing the United Kingdom, participant in the Olympic Games.

During the 7th Olympic Games in Antwerp in 1920, seventeen-year-old Sancroft started in one swimming competition. In a 300-meter freestyle race with unknown time, she finished fifth in the second qualifying race, which did not allow her to qualify for the final. Bibliography
