Wojciech Natanson


Wojciech Natanson (born July 7, 1904 in Cracow, died on August 2, 1996 in Warsaw) - Polish writer, theater critic, translator.

Son of Władysław, a Polish physicist. He was a student of the Second Lyceum. King Jan III Sobieski in Krakow, the author of reviews and feature articles about the works of Stefan Żeromski, Stanisław Wyspiański and Karol Wojtyla. He translated, among others, Caligula Albert Camus. Before the war, he cooperated with the Newspaper Gazette in Krakow. During the occupation, he was active in the underground, he was a soldier of the Home Army. After the war, he wrote reviews for, among others, the magazines "Teatr", "Słowo Powszechne", "Kierunki" and "Życie Warszawy".

He was buried at the Nazi cemetery in Warsaw. Selected works
