Nikolai Lisicyn
Nikolai Wasilievich Lisicyn (Russian: Николай Васильевич Лисицын, born 1891 in the village of Dobrino in the Moscow Governorate, died 22 August 1938) - Soviet politician, party activist. From 1910, member of the SDPRR, Bolshevik, member of the Presidium of the Executive Committee of the Moscow Guberan Council, from April 1919 to 1920 Head of the Information and Statistics Department of the Central Committee of the Polish Armed Forces (b), 1920-1921 Head of the Information Division of the Central Committee of the Polish Armed Forces. From April 25, 1923 to June 26, 1930, member of the Central Control Commission of the RCP (b) / WKP (b), from June 2, 1924 to June 26, 1930, member of the Bureau of this commission, 1927- 1929 Deputy Commissar of the Worker and Peasant Inspection of the RFSRR. In 1929, he was deputy chairman of the Council of Agricultural Cooperatives, from 1930 to May 1934 as Deputy Commissioner, and from May 17, 1934 to December 1937, RFSRR's Popular Agriculture Commissioner. February 27, 1938 arrested on August 22, 1938, sentenced to death by the Military College of the Supreme Soviet USSR for "belonging to a counterrevolutionary terrorist organization" and shot dead.
