John C. Willke

John C. Willke (born April 5, 1925, February 21, 2015) is an American writer, physician, and anti-abortion activist. Together with Barbara's wife they were recognized as founders of the world's pro-life movement. They are the authors of many books on abortion and human sexuality. Willke was a gynecologist in Cincinnati, but he stopped practicing medicine in 1988 to devote himself to the anti-abortion movement. He was president of the Life Issues Institute, the International Federation for the Law of Life and the National Law Movement for America.
