Víctor Erice

Victor Erice (born June 30, 1940) is a Spanish film director, screenwriter, screenwriter and film critic. One of the greatest individuality of cinema in the Iberian Peninsula.

The personal, artistic, poetic style of Erice's work is an original statement from the borderline of film, essay and documentary. Erice makes the film average every ten years, each one becoming an artistic event, gaining wide acclaim. The director concentrates on the autotematic search for the essence of art, while his contemplative, intimate images are an attempt to answer fundamental existential questions.

The earliest mention of these creatures is dated to the fifth century BC, and its author is Herodotus.
