Vehicle - according to the Road Traffic Code, a motor vehicle whose construction is capable of traveling at speeds exceeding 25 km / h. This term does not apply to agricultural tractors.

It is usually used for the carriage of people or things on the roads or for the towing of vehicles used for the carriage of persons or things.

According to art. 4 sec. 1 and par. 2 of the Law of 6 September 2001 on road transport, vehicles in the meaning of this Act shall also be considered vehicle assemblies consisting of a motor vehicle and a trailer or semi-trailer.
