Paul Brannen


Paul Brannen (born September 13, 1962 in Peterborough) is a British politician and Member of the European Parliament for the eighth term. Curriculum vitae He graduated from Walbottle High School, then completed his theology and religious studies at the University of Leeds. He was the president of the university student union. He has worked on various social campaigns, as well as in the charity Christian Aid as the director of the region. He became a Labor Party activist in 1997 and in 2001 he failed to run for the House of Commons.

In the 2014 elections, he was elected by the MEPs of the eighth term of office. He joined the faction of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats.
