Ivan Slawniow


Ivan Gawriłowicz Slavkov (Russian: Иван Гаврилович Слажнёв, born January 7, 1913 in Szpol, September 9, 1978) is a Soviet state and party activist. Curriculum vitae

He studied in the mechanics of agricultural mechanics in Pryłuki. After 1931-1934 he worked as a mechanic in a machine-tractor station in Uzbek SRR and Ukrainian SRR, 1934-1940 he studied at the Kharkov Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture, 1939 became a member of the WKP (b). From 1940 to 1942 he was the director of the machine-tractor station, 1942 became the first secretary, then second secretary of the Communist Party of the Bolshevik District of Kazakhstan in the North Ossetian region, 1944-1947 again was the director of the machine-tractor station, 1947-1953 was head of the regional board farming in Kustanay. In 1953, he was deputy chairman and 1953-1955 chairman of the executive committee of the Kustanajska regional council, from 1955 to February 1962 deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers of the SRR and from 1961 to February 1962 the minister of stock of the Kazakh SSR. From February 1962 to January 1963 he was the First Secretary of the Pavilion National Committee of the NCP, from January 1963 to December 1964 and Secretary of the Pavilion Regional Rural NCP, and from December 1964 to March 1965 again the First Secretary of the KPN Regional Pavilion Committee. From March to October 1965 he was deputy chairman and from December 1965 until the end of his life and deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers of the SRR, from 8 April 1966 to 24 February 1976 he was deputy member of the Central Committee of the CPSU.
