Identity of the company - a set of attributes and values that enable you to present yourself and your accomplishments in a particularly expressive way, by presenting yourself with your surroundings to identify yourself and your products or services.

According to W. Olins (1989), every organization is unique, and its identity must be rooted in its roots, its personality, its strengths and weaknesses. The organization that creates its identity should answer the questions "Who are we?", "What are we doing?", "How do we do it?", "Where do we go?". These categories in the language of management science correspond to what is within the concepts of personality, core competence, organizational culture, and business processes, as well as its mission and vision.
