Crusino I Sommaripa


Crusino I Sommaripa (died in 1462) - ruler of Paros in 1426-1462 and ruler of Andros in 1440-1462.

He was the son of Maria Sanudo and Gaspare Sommaripa. After the death of his mother, he took over the rule of the island of Paros. In 1440, he obtained the island of Andros by verdict of the Venetian court. Crusino was considered a learned ruler and lover of antiquity. His friend Cyriak from Ancona.
