One mouse made friends with a cat. They decided to live together and run their farm together. The cat suggested making supplies for the winter to avoid starvation. They shared a pot of lard and hid in a church under an altar where they thought they were safe. But one day, the cat became interested in lard. He left the house under the pretense of going to the baptism of his cousin's baby. In fact, he went to church and ate some lard from the top. When he returned, the mouse asked him what he called a baptized child. The cat replied that the area. The mouse thought it was an unusual name.

Sometime later, the situation was repeated. The cat came out of the house again under a similar pretext and took a half of the pot of lard. When he returned, he told the mice that the new baby was called Pobołowy.

After some time, the cat again wanted lard. With a similar excuse, he left the house and ate everything until the end. When he returned, he told the mouse that the new baby was called Dodna.

Some time later, winter came and both of them began to suffer from hunger. The mouse remembered the wrestling. She went with the cat to the church, but it turned out that the pot is actually in place, but it is empty. Then the mouse understood the true purpose of the cat's outings and the unusual names of the children. She started making the cat a fuss. Then the cat grabbed her claws and ate. Bibliography
