Neurogenic shock

Neurogenic shock (Latin impetum neurogenic) - a shock that accompanies spinal injury or high chest pain.

As a result of traumatic injury, descending sympathetic pathways result in the absence of pressure amps and vascular pressure loss, leading to low blood pressure and bradycardia despite resuscitation of large fluid volumes. As a complication, fluid overload may occur, so it is advisable to use inotropic medication to increase vascular tension. The patient in the neurogenic shock also has dry and warm skin and a normal capillary recurrence. symptoms Treatment Pharmacological treatment Bibliography
