Forest Inspectorate of Namysłów
Namysłów Forest District - an organizational unit of the State Forests, within the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Katowice. It has an area of 16,948.43 ha.
The largest part of the forests are pine, black alder and oaks. In addition, there are birches, larches, common beeches, common spruce, tall ash, common fir, maples, rakes, limes, poplars and willows.
There are numerous protected areas in the forest district: the Stobrawski Landscape Park, the Komorzno Nature Reserve, the Krzywiczyny Nature Reserve, the Stobrawsko-Turawskie Forest Protected Landscape Area, the Ecological Park of the Młyńskie Ponds, the Ecological Park Bagno Młynki, and several natural monuments.
