Pawel Alphiorow


Pawel Nikitowicz Alphiorov (born 1953-1961) is a Soviet politician, member of the Central Committee of the CPSU (1956-1961), born on March 1, 1906 in the Kamienskoje village (now part of the Dnieprodzhinskaya River) p> 1930 joined the WKP (b), 1934 graduated from the Dniepropetoria Institute of Metallurgy, since 1938 the Commissioner of Party Control at the KC WKP (b) in Kazakhstan. In 1939 I Secretary of the Communist Party of the Bolshevik Party of Ukraine in Dniprodzhinsk, 1939-1943 the controller of the Party Control Committee at the KC WKP (b), from 1943 to July 1946 II Secretary of the Regional Committee of the WKP (b) in Saratov, 1947 Head of the Personnel Department of the Soviet Bodies of the Human Resources of the KC WKP (b), from January 1947 to August 1951 First Secretary of the Regional Committee of the WKP (b) in Włodzimierz on Klaźma. From 1952 to May 1953, the Second Secretary of the Cracow Regional Committee in Ulyanovsk, and from May 12, 1953 to May 20, 1954, the chairman of the Regional Council Executive Committee in Ulyanovsk. From February 1954 to April 27, 1957 I Secretary of the CPWR Regional Committee in Yaroslavl, from February 25, 1956 to October 17, 1961 a member of the Central Committee of the CPSU. 1957-1961 member of the Party Control Committee at the CPSU Central Committee, 1959-1961 deputy chairman of this committee, then retired. Member of the Supreme Soviet of the 3rd and 4th term of office. On March 19, 1956, he was awarded the Order of Lenin. He was buried in the Novodevice Cemetery. Bibliography
