Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University (2001). In 2006 he completed postgraduate studies in European law. He has provided legal advice in the area of: commercial law and public procurement. He was also a consultant to MEPs and MEPs. In 2006 and 2014, he ran unsuccessfully from the list of Law and Justice to the Małopolska Regional Assembly.

In the parliamentary elections in 2015, PiS was elected to the Senate of the 9th parliamentary term in the constituency number 31. In the previous parliamentary term, his father Bogdan Pęk, who was not re-elected on the PiS electoral lists, did not apply. reelection.
