Leningrad Institute of Planning (Russian: Ленинградский плановый институт) - Soviet educational institution existing in the years 1930 - 1954.
The university was created by the decision of the People's Commissar of the USSR on December 16, 1930 as the Economic Planning Institute, in 1931 renamed the Institute of Planning. Subordinated to the Ministry of Higher Education of the USSR between 1946 and 1953, the Ministry of Culture of the USSR, from 1953 to 1953.
The Ministry of Higher Education of the USSR dated 14 July 1954 was merged with the Leningrad Institute of Finance and Economics.
