Franciszek Wieczorkowski
Franciszek Kazimierz Wieczorkowski (born 25 September 1842 in Klimkiewicz, died October 7, 1937 in Skarżysko-Kamienna) - January Uprising.
He was born in 1842 as the son of Casimir and Barbara. As a soldier he took part in the January Uprising. Served in the ranks of Marian Langiewicz and Joseph Hauke-Bosak. He was wounded. Arrested by the Russians was sent to Siberia.
After returning from wandering, he settled in Skarżysko-Kamienna. His wife was Maria from Szczepanska's house, with whom he had four daughters and a son.
After Poland regained its independence in the Second Polish Republic, it was promoted to lieutenant general.
He died in Skarżysko-Kamienna. He was buried in the cemetery at Bzina.
He was awarded the Cross of Independence with Swords in 1930. Bibliography
