Zina Harman
Zina Harman (Hebrew: זינה הרמן, born April 28, 1914 in London, died on January 21, 2013) - Israeli economist and politician, in 1964-1966 director of UNICEF, in 1969-1974 deputy to the Knesset from the list Coalition of Work. Curriculum vitae
She was born on April 28, 1914 in London. She graduated from the London School of Economics. She immigrated to Palestine in 1940.
In the years 1951-1955 she was a member of the Israeli delegation to the United Nations. Then she worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In the years 1964-1966 she was the director of UNICEF.
In the 1969 parliamentary election, for the first and only time she got into the Israeli parliament. In the 1973 elections, she lost her place in the Knesset.
