He was born in 1901 or in 1907. He participated in the Second World War in the Red Army. As a major, he served as a responsible party secretary in the 137th Independent Rifle Brigade. Together with the eastern front, he reached the Polish territory. He fell in battle with the Germans on 27 August 1944 in Raczkowa.

He was buried at the 38th grave in the Red Army's headquarters at the Central Cemetery in Sanok.
