Álvaro Siviero - Brazilian pianist.

Álvaro Siviero graduated from the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien in Vienna and the Salzburg Mozarteum School. He also completed physics at the University of São Paulo.

At age 8, he received his first music award: Golden State Medal for Young Talents.

In 2006, Álvaro Siviero was the first Brazilian pianist to take part in the "Masterclass on Beethoven" in Italy organized by the Wilhelm Kempff Foundation.

In 2007 he performed a concert for Pope Benedict XVI during his visit to Brazil.

He was the artistic director of Embratel Convention Center concerts. In 2008 the musician was invited to perform a concert to celebrate the anniversary of the city of São Paulo.

He is also the artistic director of the International Concert Festival at the São Bento Theater in São Paulo.
