Witalis Raczkiewicz

After finishing secondary music school in Poznań, he went to Warsaw, where he studied at the State Higher School of Music. In 1974 he was a member of the founders of the Academy of Music. From 1996 to 1999 he was a vice-dean of the Białystok branch and lectured at the Faculty of Instrumental-Pedagogical Studies.
