Piotr Tielepniew
Piotr Maksimowicz Tielepniew (Russian: Пётр Максимович Телепнев, born October 1, 1930 in the Old Serbian Republic, October 23, 2013 in Moscow) is a Soviet party activist. Curriculum vitae
In 1950, he graduated from the Forest Engineering College in Gomel, worked in the Forestry Industry Institute in Tobolsk, 1956 became a member of the CPSU, 1959 graduated from the Archaeological Forestry and Technical Institute and 1959-1960 was the head of the compound of the Chanty-Mansian National District. In 1960 he became the second secretary, then the first secretary (until 1963) of the Cincinnati sub district committee, from 1963 to 19 February 1966 was the second secretary, and from February 1966 to July 1970 the first secretary of the Chanty-Mansiysk District Committee of the CPSU. From July 1970 to 1978 he was secretary, 1978-1983 II Secretary of the CPWR Regional Committee in Tiumen, until November 1983 Inspector of the Central Committee of the CPSU, and from 21 November 1983 to 23 November 1989 First Secretary of the CPWR Regional Committee in Archangelsk and simultaneously from 6 March 1986 to 2 July 1990 member of the Central Committee of the CPSU. In November 1989 he retired. He was a member of the 11th USSR Verkhovna Rada and RFSRR. In 1987 he was awarded honorary citizenship in Poland.
