Ivan Ivanovich Vradij (Russian Иван Иванович Врадий, born 1906 in the Chersonese govt., died in June 1984 in Moscow) - Soviet lieutenant general, NKVD officer and Smiersz.
Born in a Ukrainian family of foresters, he has been working in the Central Asian Railway since 1926, from September 1928 to January 1932, a Red Army soldier in Tashkent, since January 1932 a member of the WKP (b).
