Mikhail Rakowski


Mikhail Jewgienjewicz Rakowski (Russian: Михаил Евгеньевич Раковский, born November 17, 1908 in Moscow, died May 9, 1984) is a Soviet politician and engineer, deputy chairman of the State Planning Commission of the USSR (1966-1979).

1927-1931 studied at the Moscow Institute of Chemistry and Technology. From July 1957 deputy head of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Instrument Engineering of the State Planning Commission of the USSR, since September 1958 deputy chairman of the Scientific and Technical Council for Comprehensive Mechanization and Automation of Production Processes of the USSR Conservancy, since October 1959 p.o. Head of the Center for Accounting at the USSR Conservancy, from August 1960 to April 1963 deputy chairman of the State Committee of the USSR Council on Automation and Engineering. From April 1963 to October 1965 deputy chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of Instruments, Automation and System Management at the USSR Conservative - Minister of the USSR, since October 1965 Deputy deputy minister of instrument construction, means of automation and management of the USSR system, June 1966 to February 1979 Deputy the head of the USSR Conservative, then retired.
