Jan Skowroński (born March 29, 1948 in Piotrków Trybunalski) - Polish orthopedic surgeon and habilitated doctor. Biography

He studied at the Medical Academy in Bialystok. In 1976 he became a doctor, and in 1984 he was habilitized thanks to a thesis on surgery and microsurgery. In 1993 he was awarded the title of professor, and in 2004 he was awarded the title of full professor. He is a multiple laureate of scientific prizes, as well as didactic Rectors of the University of Białystok.
