Theo "Willems (born 22 February 1891 in Uden, died April 12, 1960 in Bakel) is a Dutch archer, Olympic champion.

Willems started at the 1920 Summer Olympics in Antwerp. During these games the athlete along with the Dutch national team won the gold medal in a move of 28 meters. Among the Dutch archers, Willems had a sixth (374 points). The entire eight-team team scored 3087 points, ahead of Belgium by over 160. It was the only Olympic competition in which he started.
