Jacek Trzemżalski
Jacek Trzemżalski (born August 14, 1969 in Krosno) is a Polish climber, climber and journalist who specializes in climbing and skiing. He was the co-founder and first CEO of Alpin Media (until 2013) and Sport 2B.
He graduated from the First Secondary School Nicolaus Copernicus in Krosno. It has been climbing since the late eighties. In 1989 he completed a climbing course at the Rzeszow Highland Club, followed by a Tatra course at the Central Training Center of the PZA.
He is the author of more than 100 climbing routes in the Czarnorzeki Rocky, including the first runways there, with degrees of difficulty from VI.3 + (in 1991), to VI.6 (2008).
Since the end of the 20th century he was an active explorer and an eccentric of climbing roads on Jura Krakowsko-Czestochowa Jura. Valuation VI.6 +: Bohemian Rhapsody, Picture of Frames and Facelifting, located in the Peach Valley. He is the author of more than 650 climbing routes with difficulty from VI upwards.
From 1990 to 1995 he participated in national and international sports climbing competitions. He was a member of the Polish team in this discipline until 1994, vice-champion of Poland in 1994 (Tarnów) and 3rd place winner in 1992 (Szczecin).
As an activist of the Polish Alpine Association (in 2010-2011 also a member of the Board), he participated in the founding of the Rock Climbing Commission, which deals with the exchange and maintenance of permanent climbing on climbing roads. He has also been an active contributor to our Climbing Rock Climbing Initiative, which is dedicated to providing climbing areas and negotiating agreements with landowners with attractive climbing rocks.
Ski and mountain skier. In the years 1994-2000 he was the editor of the magazine "Gór", then he was responsible for publishing the ski magazine Ski Magazyn. He also published a climbing guide on the Czarnorzeki Skaly. Bibliography
