Stepan Shah

Stepan Szach (born 1891 in Kulikov - died in 1978 in Sydney) is a Ukrainian educator and educational activist, classical philologist.

Teacher of the Ukrainian grammar school in Lviv since 1920, then in 1932-1939 the director of the Ukrainian grammar school in Przemysl. In the years 1920-1932 he was the secretary of the Board of Directors of the Society of Proswit, since 1954 a member of the Scientific Association of them. Shevchenko. From 1944 on emigration in Germany, in 1978 emigrated to Australia.

The author (under the pseudonym of S. Perski) "Popular History of the Proswita Society" (1932), memoirs of the "Lions of the Mist of My Moths" (I-III volume, 1955-1956), "Miż Sianom i Dunajcem" (1960) Fr.
